(24 hours a day, 7 days a week): Ordering online is safe, easy and
convenient. Once you have decided upon a product or products, simply
click on the "add to cart" button. When you are done shopping,
fill out all billing and shipping information and then submit your
form. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account in order
to pay through our PayPal system. Because your online order will
go through PayPal's servers you may read PayPal's privacy policy

here. Although you can order 24/7, we ship every Monday and
Thursday.
Methods
of Payment
PayPal is the cheapest way we found to accept online payments. The
savings we make allow us to offer competitive prices on our products.
You can pay with your PayPal account, or, if you do not have a PayPal
account or do not want one, you can pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER
and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We accept phone orders using a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. We also accept money orders and personal
cheques sent by mail. If paying by personal cheque please allow
three weeks for it to clear our bank, plus delivery time. If you order by phone, you will be charged Canadian dollars but your credit card company will convert the funds from
Canadian dollars to your national currency when processing your
bill. You may contact your credit card company to find out about
current exchange rates that apply.

To place your order by mail, include your completed order form (download
in pdf). Also include a personal cheque or money order payable
to Life Without Plastic for the total amount of charges,
including shipping and handling and sales tax if applicable.

Canadian GST will be collected on all orders being shipped to addresses
in Canada. If you will be required to pay sales tax, you will be
